remember ....sending scouts looks like an incoming attack to the defender. Every1 send a scout at least. he will shit his pants when he see's 15 attacks coming to his village, TiT's.... write him a dirty message telling him to leave u alone.

I just sent 2 incoming attacks TiTs, only scouts. But he doesnt know that. Besides, when he clicks my village ...and see's that i have twice the points he does... he will drop a shit.
