In an Instagram video posted earlier, Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb has demonstrated how long it takes for the Xbox One to power up via Kinect's voice commands.
"It's faster than you can find your controller," he claims in his post, and at roughly 13 seconds from "Xbox, on!" to the home screen, he's not wrong.
Keep in mind this is when the system is in standby mode; booting up from an off state will obviously take longer.
The Xbox One launches November 22 in 13 global territories.
