cant sign in psn...

right well im tryin to sign in psn on my ps3, it comes up with error code, 80023017, but wen u go on my bro's acc, i can sign in, wtf? and all my mates can sign in.....so why cant i ?

go to playstation network in the home menu thing
and accept the terms and agreements

erm try "sign in" that should bring it up
or just go to the psn store or something

Well try turning off your router? I got that problem in my psp.

it appears the problem is only temporary, its just PSN maintenance. i think..
