DICE has released a new, smaller PC patch, which includes fixes for SLI and Crossfire screen flickering.

If there was any doubt that DICE wasn’t working hard on fixing Battlefield 4, that doubt should be over by now. They’ve just released yet another Battlefield 4 patch on the PC, which fixes some smaller issues.
The main fix with the patch is a fix for three of the top crashes on the PC, plus a fix for the SLI/Crossfire screen flickering. Finally, the patch also fixes the annoying revive screen, where players would be stuck on the revive screen even after being revived by a teammate.
This is the second Battlefield 4 patch on the PC in a week, the first one being released on Monday, which included a whole slew of fixes and tweaks. A day later, DICE released a patch for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
While PC patches are more frequent now, it still takes a while for Battlefield 4 console patches to be released. This is because they have to go through additional testing and certification at Sony and Microsoft.
Here are the full patch notes for the new Battlefield 4 patch, which can be downloaded via Origin now (180 MB):
-Fix for terrain flickering when using SLI/CrossFire setup
-Fix for three of the top crash issues on the PC platform
-Fix for case when soldier can die with 1 HP instead of 0
-Fix for the issue where the revive UI could be permanently shown after accepting a revive
