Disabled Iphone help

Hey guys, so my friend just received a free 2g iphone from his friend. He brought it over and was so excited to charge it up and try and use it. However, he turned it on and it said "iphone has been disabled try again in 5,100,588 minutes."

Now, his friend had a shit load of applications that my friend doesn't wanna delete so that he can use them all for free. Is there any way to cancel this out at all and make it work without restoring it?

Also, itunes wont open it up cause it says its disabled, if you can help out that would be great

Hmm... i think it would be best if you made a video showing exactly what you said here, post it on youtube, and ask for help...

you can restore it and then hook it back to his friends itunes to get the apps back
