On the eve of the PlayStation 4 launch, there's some concern over consoles arriving dead-on-arrival with HDMI issues. Sony claims the company is looking into the matter, maintaining these problems are relatively minor in comparison to the amount of PlayStation 4 units arriving in perfect working condition. But there's one issue Sony may not be able to address: the strange wobbling of its next-gen console.
If pressure is applied to the left-hand side of the console or the back right corner, the unit wobbles slightly. The reason for the teetering motion is attributed to the placement of rubber feet on the underside of the console; there are two fins that run down the center of the PS4 and cause the unit to be unbalanced on a flat surface.
An oversight on the part of Sony's design team? Possibly. But the wobble doesn't affect the performance of the PlayStation 4, and unless you're inexplicably pressing down on the system, you probably won't even notice. Kotaku even made a video showing you how to fix the problem with eight Post-It notes.
