We’re getting closer to the launch of Call of Duty: Ghosts, and many fans have been asking us for a release date for the next-generation versions of the game. Activision has confirmed that the game is a launch title, but they have not confirmed a specific date overall about the game.
We’ve looked around and asked around many retailers, and the general information is that the Xbox One version is set to launch Nov. 19th, and the PS4 version will launch on Nov. 5th. Up until today, GameStop’s website was stating that Ghosts on Xbox One would be Nov. 5th, but now it has changed to say Nov. 19th. Xbox One date is also confirmed via multiple other retailers, that also states Nov. 19th.
UPDATE:*On the official Call of Duty: Ghosts preorder page, Activision has added a small disclaimer at the bottom stating that the release date for Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Wii U, and PC versions is Nov. 5th, and that the Xbox One release date is yet to be announced.
