The Lenovo N308 is an Android 4.2 powered portable desktop, featuring an integrated battery with up to 3.5 hours of life and an adjustable kickstand so you can rotate the angle however you need it. It sports a 19.5-inch 250-nit multi-touch display and is powered by a Tegra 4 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 320GB hard drive.
Designed to be portable, this desktop includes a pair of built-in 2-watt speakers, and it weighs just 10.1 pounds while measuring 1.3 inches thick. It’s bundled with a wireless keyboard and mouse, making it easy to be mobile right out of the box. Wireless connectivity will be strong thanks to dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0, and there’s two full USB ports, a multi-card reader and an ethernet port. There’s also a webcam, gravity sensor, and more.
As for FreedomPop, it’s*now offering an awesome deal on a certified pre-owned Samsung Victory LTE smartphone, bundled with a free trial of its*unlimited talk and text plan, and 500MB of data. It’s a great way to pick up a solid phone, which packs Android 4.1, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and a four-inch 800×480 display. Given the cost of FreedomPop’s plans, you could potentially save big versus typical carrier pricing.
FreedomPop works on top of Sprint’s 3G and LTE network, so you’ll have to check the coverage map and make sure you’re covered. Once that box is checked, though, you can continue on the*basic plan, which offers 200 minutes, 500 texts and 500MB of data completely for free. There are no contracts or fees, though you will have to*make sure you downgrade from the unlimited talk and text plan*at the end of your trial month. FreedomPop also offers paid plans with more data, as well as*the option to complete special offers to get more data for free, so heavier users will have an option here too.
