Console: Headset:
Somehow, someone seems to not only already have an Xbox One, but they're also selling it for nearly $10,000 dollars. Console launches typically mean immediate eBay listings, many of which are absurdly priced, sure...but the Xbox One isn't out for weeks.
Well then!
priceless228, an eBay user, claims that a Target shipping error landed them an Xbox One early—and they have a bunch of pictures on the listing for the console to that effect:

The rather boisterous and colorful item description goes out of its way to tell us how incredible a deal this is—not just because potential buyers would get it early, but because proceeds apparently help special ed students:
THIS IS YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BE THE FIRST PERSON IN THE NATION TO OWN A BRAND NEW UNRELEASED MICROSOFT XBOX ONE, US Version, 500 GB CONSOLE, BRAND NEW IN ORIGINAL BOX, OVER 2.5 WEEKS BEFORE ITS NATIONWIDE RELEASE!!!
And:
I am a special education teacher and the profit from the auction will go toward my corporation to create products for Special Ed students.
The inevitable thing one might wonder here is whether or not this Xbox One was actually obtained through shady means, and not a shipping error as is claimed. We don't know, though we've contacted the seller to ask about the listing. It's worth noting that priceless228 is currently sitting on a ton of positive buyer reviews, all of which indicate this is a legit seller with a good history on eBay. At the same time, priceless228 also has listings for a PS4 which they don't currently have—but the listing itself reflects that:

It's also worth noting that the Xbox One, unlike the PS4, currently doesn't have any games for sale. Buyers wouldn't be able to do much with this Xbox One—not just because of the lack of games, though. The One has a launch-day patch, and according to Microsoft, systems will be rather limited in what they can do without said patch.
Watch someone jump on this listing anyway. You never know.
