0 Tolerance Policy

Well I didn't want to have to be a dick, but it looks like I have no choice. Due to recent drama, mainly the whole Havoc Ensyane Linster Flip Fuzion drama as well as the Cave/Batman inncident, I am now enforcing a zero tolerance policy. This means that if you harass, cyber-bully, pick on, or make any of your fellow clan members not wanna be in DM anymore because of YOU, then YOU will be kicked out of the clan for good. I dont care how good you are, what rank you are, or how long you have been in DM. Treat your fellow clan mates the same way you want to be treated. If you are removed from DM under the zero tolerance policy, you will NEVER get back in. End of story.

SO for all those who have ADD, let me sum it up for you...

Treat your clanmates with respect or else I will cut your fucking ass off the team quicker than a new york minute.

just talk it out morb and vash done it and they got along. try it.

As a leader you need to respect others. Treat them with respect and they will return the favor. If they dont then talk to them and see why they dont respect u and settle ur difference... if that doesnt work then deal with that guy/girl
