It seems that no amount of protest (http://pspupdates.qj.net/Vice-City-sparks-protest-in-Boston/pg/49/aid/74074) or ads banning (http://pspupdates.qj.net/Vice-City-Stories-ads-banned-in-Boston/pg/49/aid/76232) could stop Edison Carter (http://pspupdates.qj.net/tags/edison-carter/2273) from improving his creation, VCS CheatDevice. Yup, the dev just released version 2.2 (thanks to David for the heads up) of his CheatDevice that has made GTA:VCS (http://pspupdates.qj.net/category/1776/cid/1776) more exciting to play with. If you've been having fun with the teleport locations (http://pspupdates.qj.net/VCS-CheatDevice-v2-1a/pg/49/aid/72309) or playing with gravity (http://pspupdates.qj.net/Vice-City-Stories-CheatDevice-v2-1-Have-fun-with-gravity/pg/49/aid/71872), then you're bound to be more hyped with this version.
So what's new? Well, if you prefer cruising in a motorcyle, then you'd be happy to know that there is now a Never Fall Off Your Bike feature. Aside from that, you could also hover cars and bikes and set wanted level. Also, version 2.2 now has support for DevHook (http://pspupdates.qj.net/tags/devhook/2665) v0.51.01 (http://pspupdates.qj.net/Devhook-0-51-0100-released/pg/49/aid/75547). Here are the other stuff that's new with this release.

But be sure that you also get to read the readme file that comes with the download. Now, where were we? Ah yes, the installation mumbo-jumbo. Here it is:
Copy vcscheatdevice.prx X:dhkd (then replace X: with the drive letter of your PSP)Edit this file: X:dh1flash0kdpspbtcnf_game.txt and replace the '271' with the emulated firmware version you want to use such as 260, 250, 200And add the line ms0:/dh/kd/vcscheatdevice.prxAfter the line ms0:/dh/kd/devhook.prxIMPORTANT: After installing, wait at least 30 seconds before turning off USB or pulling out your memory stick (http://pspupdates.qj.net/tags/memory-stick/287). The PC caches your changes and doesn't write them out until a while later. If your memory card gets corrupt, use chkdsk /f X:
