Vista on my psp, HELP!

Ok well I was reading Brigades topic on vista for a psp, well I have done everything I'm supposed to do, and when I go to type in file:/pspWxp/index.htm at my psp web browser, a thing comes up and says content cannot be displayed...could someone let me know what I am doing wrong?
