i need someones opinion. i am using my familys computer now and i want a windows xp or higher laptop of my own. i am ify about getting my own because theres this one shop that sells used ones and i found one for 369 dollars. should i save my money to get it or should i wait till i get a real job in 2-3 years?

what are you interested in doing?
1. Burning Cd's
2. burning Dvd's
3. harcore gaming rig
4. or just want to browse internet and play flash games and forums, email, etc.

if #4 then the 369$ laptop should be just fine....BTW what model/brand??

any brand new laptops come with MS Vista.

dell is ok..use one for my company laptop....not my first choice..but its ok.

on the dell laptop goto 'start' menu then click 'run' type: dxdiag

then on the 'Display' tab you will see the type of video card(Chip Type) installed as well as video card memory(Approx. Total Memory). What do these read?

you shouldn't have to much trouble though. $349 should be good enough.

AlienWare is all i have to say...

mmorpg means.... massive multiplayer online role playing game. which is like world of warcraft but its a different game. and alienwares is like $1000 half so i dont think that.
